An automobile repair shop in Denver, Colorado operated by the Cobra Crimson Guardsman, Fred VII. Fred serviced and repaired cars at the garage, but he was in reality a mechanical engineer. He designed weapons and technology for Cobra in a lab hidden in the back of the garage. It was there that Fred built the suit of battle armor that he would later wear while posing as Cobra Commander. He also allowed his accountant, Raptor, to keep his specially-bred hawks in the lab.
